Smart Power AI is an informational planning tool. It produces estimates of energy use, potential savings, backup power requirements and emergency preparedness needs based on the information you provide and on typical appliance values.

All outputs are estimates and are not electrical, engineering, financial, medical or emergency-management advice. Actual results vary with weather, occupancy, equipment condition, installation quality and utility tariffs. Always confirm generator, inverter, battery and wiring decisions with a licensed electrician, and follow official guidance from your utility and emergency management agency.

Never operate a generator indoors or in an enclosed space, and never backfeed household wiring. You are solely responsible for the safe operation of your equipment.

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the service lawfully, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload the service.

Accounts are optional. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smart Power AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for damage, injury or loss arising from reliance on its estimates.

The Smart Power AI name, interface and content are owned by Smart Power AI. Your uploaded documents remain yours.
