Your Privacy Matters
- What we read: your bill is used only to pull out energy figures — usage in kWh, billing period, rates, fuel charges, taxes, current charges and any past-due balance.
- AI processing: the file is sent over an encrypted connection to our AI provider purely to extract those figures. It is not used to train models.
- Retention: the uploaded file itself is not stored on our servers. It is processed in memory and discarded once the values are extracted.
- Where results live: in guest mode the extracted values stay in your browser's local storage on this device only. If you create an account, they are saved to your private account so you can see them on another device — and you can delete them at any time.
- Masking: your account number is masked everywhere it appears in the app (for example ••••••4321).
